As President & CEO of Makai HR, Marci spearheaded the expansion of a high-growth professional employer organization (PEO), earned industry accolades, and sold to a strategic competitor. Marci’s expertise in fostering exceptional client relationships, driving innovation, developing leaders, and optimizing operations has fueled success across diverse organizations.

Marci is a graduate of North Park University with honors and was recently on the board of directors for YWCA of Hawaii and the Institute for Human Services. She is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and enjoys hiking, reading and traveling.
