Nightingale Management was established to search for and acquire a well-established professional services business generating an EBITDA between $250,000 and $1 million. The focus of the search is within the professional services industry including PEO, Human Resources, Payroll, Staffing, Recruiting, Healthcare Brokers, and Accounting Firms.
Why Nightingale?
Nightingales may appear inconspicuous to us, but they possess one of the most intricate and refined vocal repertoires in the entire animal kingdom. In a similar vein, I am in pursuit of a business that, although it may seem straightforward at first glance, has been effectively managed and is now seeking a committed and experienced leader to carry forward its established legacy.
